Barbecue - you can spell it both ways according to the Free Dictionary but in a google fight barbecue is the winner.

Normally barbecue, but I have been known to spell it barbeque as well. Both are correct.

I'd probably be okay giving up any of them - I rarely have them in the house. Coffee and/or ale would be trickier.
