Pre-Season Games 2018

Having had chance to reflect on the first wolves football I've seen in a long time one of the stand out things was how comfortable we looked playing 343. That was, for me, the biggest difference between this pre-season and last.

Even playing at 70% you could see we looked dangerous going forward and solid in defence.

Costa looks sharper than I've seen him for a long while and it's good to see some of the younger players getting game time and not looking out of place. It's easy to play kids, it's not so easy for them to not look like kids.

I'm not sure about how strong Basels team was to really gauge but it's an excellent first game.

Even if it was free I would be mildly annoyed but yes the fact they are stealing my money and not delivering makes me somewhat vexed.
