Three academy groups will spend seven nights in Bratislava as part of their pre-season preparations ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

Anyone know why some of the players aren't there?

Lemina doesn't appear to be there and neither does Hwang. I'm assuming Semedo got some extra time off after his wedding along with the international players. Presumably Podence isn't there because he's off.

Lemina was with Gabon (not sure if he actually played), Hwang was with South Korea, Sa and Semedo were with Portugal. All into mid/late June.

Podence is the anomaly.

Lemina did quit international football way before he signed for us but he's obviously been persuaded to come back.

Raul did play for Mexico but it was on 8th June and he's there.

I get playing Celtic (or anyone) in a friendly, but why Dublin?
