****POLL NOW IN OP****Who do you want next?

You were rather rude to Alan, no one else has been, so I just thought I’d ask you the same question.
If you decide that one person asking a question is “the clique” ganging up on you, I really don’t know what to say 🤷‍♂️
It isn't just one, and not just with one post, but there it is. To be honest i'm as rude as everyone else seems to be on here. I thought it was a badge of honour. Same as the laughing emoji...

You’re not the first to say that which gives him a little more credit than most.
Not saying it's true, but he will believe it. All 3 mentioned are out of work, which fits my own view. Fonseca saying no worries me, why?

Lads, that's too many questions.

Well the one on here doesn't

I love Lage! He's a personal hero. No joke, he is. His first season in Benfica was bonkers. What a season. And he's a great lad, very Nuno like personality, calm, composed, talks about football and not rubbish. I do think it's a risky signing, however.

He'll want to sign his own players - wouldn't be surprised to see Vinicius and Fernandes join for example
Vinicius would be a godsend right now. His time with Lage was very good for him. Vinicius/Raul could screw a lot of defenses up.

My only concern is how the fuck do you pronounce Lage?
Lá-je

all I need to know is if Lage can handle milwall on a tuesday night

We have Tondela on cold winters. So I guess?

Language barrier, climate, could be plenty of obstacles that aren't specific to Wolves.

This is a good article on Lage's tactics

I know it's a bit simplistic; but if Brono was any good, then why the fuck has he been out of work for a year? Presumably there's wider doubt as to whether his electric start was normal, or the second half shambles was normal. If the narrative that it was mainly the board's fault was widely known, then surely somebody would've taken advantage of that executive incompetence by snapping him up?

Allegri hasn't had a job for 2 years

There could be a wide variety of factors as to why he hasn't gone to a new club in fairness. Maybe a global pandemic.

Lage might come in and do well who knows but let's face it Albion fans wouldn't even be pleased if they hired him and they're going to be playing Championship football next season, it's a completely unnecessary risk on a manager who has 18 months experience - 6 months of which were appalling.

He's had links befitting his pedigree though. I'd never even heard of this bloke until Saturday.

Now, I'm not paid to know about European football etc, but I'd like to have thought that the last four years would have afforded us options with a more credible pedigree, and less of an obvious risk given the wild inconsistency in his fledgling career

If you want to upgrade the last manager fine. This is not one like you say. I don't think it's even close. It smacks of Uncle J getting his mate a job when he's been a little down on his luck..

Pedigree/profile isn't everything.

Rafa has a good pedigree I guess.

I presume a lot of Euro coaches want a crack higher up the table and not so keen to leave European Tournaments to try and get a team there, like the one I can't spell from Porto.

Honestly I have no clue who I want, normally when a new manager is incoming its been on the cards for a while so heavy research is done (essentially see name linked, read Wiki and the like).
