I think Watford went to Everton and Won 5-2 in the 21/22 season but we’re on whole shocking that season.

This sadly isn't that uncommon though and nothing to do with them not having money. Several others were using that exact firm. Teams will sometimes do it against transfers being paid in installments too. It's insane if you think about it. Like a payday loan for the apparent richest leagues teams.
