Liverpool (H) 16/9: Build-Up & Match Thread

I’m payed reasonably in comparison to the national average as is my wife and I’m now priced out of football. It’s not due to extravagant living in other parts of my life either just surviving and giving my teenage daughters priority.

It's disgraceful, thick end of £50 to watch a game of football behind the goal in Wolverhampton that's on tele. Most people on here will check out at some point, just down to the individuals tolerance. I do know that when I decide a season ticket isn't for me any more that I'd never go to a PL game again as I'd not pay those prices. Something tells me they'll want me soon enough in the Championship though

When I checked last night the only stand there were two together was the Billy Wright Upper - £63.50 each!!

It was only a couple of seasons ago they were £40 or no more than £45 tops.

Individual match ticket prices are grotesque this season.
Absolute piss take. Was thinking of taking Helen’s kids again but fuck that, even at £50 for the three it’s still too much.

I won't be purchasing a ticket from the club this season, the pricing is a joke. If an ST holder can't make it I may take there's and ping the cash to them but apart from that it's a no.

Watch my boy play tomorrow morning, watch the Wolves game in the pub and then watch Allscott play at 3. Fiver in, job done

Just over 24 hours until we get done and the thickos claim always the victim isn't about Hillsborough https://www.wolves.co.uk/news/club/...er-league-make-clear-stance-on-tragedy-abuse/
Just posted this elsewhere.

Wolves publishing the article is cover themselves. When we were done on the Chelsea chants, one of the reasons for our fine was we didn't fully educate the fans before the game using our website and social media accounts.

See the responses I have posted to it and you will see doesn;t matter how you tell people or how many times they will stil act the dick. All the club can do is ensure they have covered everything that is asked of them. After that it becomes a charge for the individuals rather than the club

TAA is out which weakens then offensively and strengthens them defensively

Tbf the weaker they are offensively is better IMO. A lot of their play comes through TAA.

Fairly new midfield as well. Won’t get a better chance to actually go for it (sensibly Ofcourse)

Will make it even more ridiculous if we approach it with the damage limitation mentality

I'm still reasonably confident that Liverpool's squad depth will mean they're better than us

Not saying we shouldn't have a go. mind

No new injuries for us (Hodge still out, not that he's likely to ever start a PL game any time soon regardless). O'Neil talking up Bellegarde's training ground performances.

Hodge still out :( .
