Yep. Francis Lee and Kevin Hector used to 'win' plenty of penalties between them.

Chelsea have been pretty poor against Middlesbrough. Palmer missed a good chance and then Boro went down the other end and scored. Palmer just missed another from three yards out. Boro riding their luck but look very neat and tidy with the ball.

Chelsea should be cruising, Boro couldn't get out of their own half for the first 30. Only going to go one way if they keep giving up so many chance (although as we know Chelsea are pretty inept in front of goal).
