Would be hilarious to see Steven Gerrard's and Frank Lampard's teams both being caught up in a relegation battle. With Newcastle picking up form and Burnley with games in hand it is entirely possible. Everton are there already IMO.

Wonder if this is too much to hope for? Villa have a bit of a buffer unfortunately. Everton are right in it though.

Stevie G not the Messiah the media made him out to be, shocker. I thought it'd be sightly longer before it all went to shit but it's great to see them struggling.

This is the thing, I respect their achievements as players, even though Lampard in particular I find to be a thoroughly dislikeable cunt, but the way they have been portrayed in the media as some divine gift to football management makes me puke, and definitely makes me wish for complete and utter failure for them.

That 250k a week on Coutinho is making a difference.

I don't actually mind either of them as people, massive respect for them as players. But yeah the unjustified fawning over them as coaches, really makes me sick. I'm so glad we never went for either of them when we were looking for a manager.

FFS City 90% possession and Spurs get a second. Then Lloris makes a great save.

Big offside decision. Good to see Kane putting his usual level of effort in tonight...

Fucking fucks sake. That was the match I thought would eliminate Spurs. No dice. On to tomorrow and on to ourselves to make sure we make it count for shit.
