Live Match Discussion 2022/23

If Raul actually attacked the 6 yard box once in a while he may get a few tap ins AND it would make space for the cutbacks.
Two different discussions, what he does do and what he could do. Against West Ham most centre forwards hit the box, we scored because he didn't and Podence knew it. It often frustrates the hell out of me, but it's not unknown

We'd be better off if he did (that goes for Fabio as well). The way they're kind of hovering at the top of the 18 is killing our space to work in attack. They are rarely dragging defenders out of position when we aren't in a transition/counter.

Rodgers must be under at least a little bit of pressure at the moment.

May just be me but forests manager Cooper looks like the love child of golem and a lord of the rings orc. Fix yer teeth at least mate!

Seems like the natives in Leicester are getting restless, if football forums are anything to go by

If football forums are anything to go by we have terrible owners despite being 8th in the Premier League, having spent around 40 years being nowhere near that mark.

At least when Hwang is back he will do it which will make space (or he gets the tap in).

I wouldn’t say one successful cut back in 21 games was a good strategy.

Yeah. Cup winners and former league champions 2016 Leicester. Apples and Oranges. Their owners don’t hide behind bullshit and they back their manager even if they sell their assets.Fosun aren’t terrible they just aren’t in it for the fans. They are in it for the brand .

Don't think James Corden will be attending any matches again

Saw videos before the match of a group of Leicester "fans" trying to throw tables & chairs through the windows of a Nottingham restaurant full of families. Hope they enjoyed their big day out.

Not for the first time, I have no idea what argument you're trying to make so I'll bow out now.

That just because we are 8th we should shut up and be grateful and not lament the opportunities that have been missed , the increased prices, the lack of signings in spite of the management being vocal in the last two windows about his desire to strengthen the squad? Leicester owners sell assets but they buy them too. That’s why BR will feel a bit of heat. The cup holders surrendered meekly.

None of that had anything to do with what I posted?

Carry on talking to yourself by all means.

So what do you mean by this then in response to a comment about Leicester fans? That’s the conversation I tagged on

That fan reactions online, especially in the immediate aftermath of a defeat, don't necessarily reflect the reality of what's going on at a club.

Brendan Rodgers isn't under pressure, not really.

Re: Wolves - Zero net transfer spend, the thin nature of the squad and stupid PR/ticket prices have been talked about here for months on end. You could have just agreed with everyone then rather than going to a game then seething about the same things on a massive time delay :)

Ok, thanks for the context. I saw it as we should be eternally grateful for our lot under Fosun and I can’t subscribe to that hence the response.
