When did 2 hands on the ball stop being a thing? That's a goal and if the laws say it isn't then they are wrong

They changed the "2 hands on the ball" to keeper "being in control" of the ball to prevent players nicking it from keepers when they kick it out of their hands.

However that law shouldn't apply in the circumstances as seen with Schmeichel today, it should be 2 hands in that situation.
