At least one laser pen being shone in Mudryk's face every time he got the ball towards the end there.

It’s such a shame that Chelsea don’t quite have enough games to get relegated.

How not to run a football club.
Sacked Tuchel because his results weren't good enough. Turns out points gained under Tuchal will save them from relegation

Sacked Tuchel more because he didn't agree with the owners vision on buying players, such as Ronaldo and also told him to keep out of the dressing room.

Was it on here where I read that Boehly didn't know until after he'd purchased the club that Chelsea didn't automatically get CL status (and the money that comes with it) each season? Hilarious if true.

They’re in the dressing room every game by the sounds of it, and telling the players how they aren’t justifying their prices. None of the multiple directors of football they have really know what they’re meant to be doing either. Wouldn’t get on then getting it right next season either if they continue like that

It's been rumoured although I've not seen it credibly sourced. Along with the he took advice from James Corden on who to appoint when he gave Lampard the gig

More likely he's helping out his mate. I struggle to believe it but we employed 2 managers in 6 months off golf course conversations so who knows

Lampard has equalled MMs record of 10 defeats in a row. MM set that record with Sunderland in 2005.

I can top that.

I’ll give you a manager…. that found a club an owner…. in a bookies.

Fucking corker this. Jimmy Quinn was manager of Cambridge United. He was chatting to a punter called George Rolls. Rolls lived right opposite me in Cambridge. He was quite young at the time, always a right chancer with a couple of flash BM’s. You didn’t need a degree in psychology to know he’s a wrong ‘un.

Quinn recommended Rolls to the board, who got sucked in with his bullshit promises of investment. Rolls quickly establishes himself chairman and is writing cheques all over the show, before alarm bells ring and questions start to be asked about where the supposed invested really is.

You can fill the rest of that story in yourselves. He’s eventually ousted from the club but he’s now got contacts in football and things get even worse.

Rolls is worth a Google; Weymouth ground scandal / Weymouth CVA / Lithuanian businessman / wife Amanda
Then of course there’s; George Rolls Kettering / suspended / 3000 betting charges etc etc etc
Plus of course all sorts of other murky stuff but let’s leave it at the relevant football stuff.

Honestly, a bloke from the bookies. What could possibly go wrong??

City v West Ham a bit of a snooze fest so far. City lacking a bit of verve and the Hammers well organised.

Fair play to West Ham, contained them well without just sitting 9 at the back.

Ake ends all West Ham's hard work
