I always find it hard to feel sorry for any Manager at the top level - at any club up in the Premier League . They are getting paid some serious money , yes it might well be sort term at some of these clubs , but they know the risks before they walk in .

I've long been champing on about this, if it takes longer than 20 - 30 seconds to work it out, leave it alone.
