Arsenal Fulham pretty reminiscent of our games recently. Nice to see Cav start, looks like he’s furthest forward too - would have played plenty for us this season I think.

Oh he probably would, out of circumstance more than anything. Doubt we'd have got much more out of him than we did in 2018/19 or Fulham have this year though. He isn't going to score enough goals at this level to make him properly viable.

I still believe there is a place for VAR, I do agree that it's implementation has been shambolic.

That's why the difference between the tech and the way it is used is important

Simply put, if you have to have this, then those in charge of VAR need to be independent from those making the on field decisions.

Remember when Podence got booked and missed the QF because he didn't go off the pitch immediately where he stood when substituted, what a farce that was, hardly anyone does it, including Bellerin and Lacazette and Lookman in the last 30 seconds of this game.
