Live Match Discussion 2018/19

Jutkiewicz puzzles me. How on earth do you become a striker when you can't shoot to save your life?

Birmingham will score eventually, this will end 1-0 to them I reckon.

Think Blues will be ok as long as they don’t get a points deduction.

Their biggest issue is if Monk gets his head turned, because they're far more likely than not to pick a disastrous replacement and he has no real reason to stay if a better offer comes along.

True, first championship sacking will be due in a about 6 weeks so you can see him being prime candidate to go.

This is shockingly bad, even by Championship standards.

Swansea 67% possession, but just 6 shots, none on target compared to 17 and 6 for the Blues.

Standard Championship shitfest this was. Birmingham should have won this based on their first-half display.

Kenedy with one of the all-time worst PL performances today. Not even worth 0/10.

God awful game. 1 red card but should have been 3 and wrapped up with the worst player on the pitch missing a penalty at the death.

180 minutes without a shot on target for Cardiff. That's pretty fucking damning.

Cardiff being Cardiff. How did Artur stay on the pitch?

Newcastle would have been better off if Kenedy had been correctly red carded. At least the gimp wouldn't have been taking the penalty.

Aubameyang misses a golden chance and Chelsea immediately counter and score. Same old Arsenal so far, Chelsea looking very good.

Been all Chelsea this half but Arsenal have improved at the back since the first half. Like the look of Jorginho again, seems a very talented player. Ozil has been totally anonymous and should have been hooked earlier, contributed nothing defensively or going forwards.

Lots of praise for Marcos Alonso and I agree, he's been really good. Fantastic LB.

Great goal for Immobile. On his own against three defenders, one turn takes them all out of game and lovely finish. Poor defending from those players mind.

Napoli not had same zip as last season predictably

If you're watching Eleven Sports then I may have to disown you.

Chelsea and Arsenal were two sides of the same dysfunctional coin. They've both got managers who've inherited squads that are totally at odds with the way they play. Could have been 8-8.
