As mentioned, whoever wins the game between the 2 will finish 7th. If it’s a draw then it can go either way. Leicester not gifting them the win today would have been a great help

I think that, as time’s gone on, Klopp not taking the Cup game against us seriously has proved to have been a huge, season-defining mistake. Liverpool looked untouchable up until the New Year, but losing to City and to us in quick succession made them look vulnerable- they haven’t been the same team since.
