Live Match Discussion 2017/18

Poor from Vydra there, Derby were building up a decent head of steam then, pinning Fulham back and playing some decent stuff. No need for him to take that daft touch.

Fuck sake, American media doesn't cover the playoffs at all. I can't find anywhere that there's a match right now.

So frustrating.

Goal came initially from McDonald being robbed in midfield, then ambling around followed by making a half-hearted, ineffective tackle on Huddlestone. Idle bastard.

Can Fulham change things off the bench? Only kamara looks like he could have an impact

Ayite has to score there (by the way, can we make an executive decision whether we're going to use this thread or the playoff thread to discuss these games :D )

I dropped it in here as it's a live match, the other thread was entitled 'Playoff Winners' and none of them are yet. :D

I know we've been spoilt this year and my expectations might be overly high, but the lack of quality in the execution of every single break Derby have had has been maddening. Probably five 3-on-3 situations they've completely ballsed up. Could've put the tie to bed.

Derby have dropped so deep. Game just being played in Derby half, surely Fulham are going to score

Derby getting deeper and deeper here, only a matter of time before an equaliser at the moment.

Derby don't really put any structured moves together. Fullham do, but they are generally slow, allowing Derby to get men behind the ball and block them out.

How did Vydra score so many goals this season? I've only seen Derby a handful of times this season but they never look threatening.

Fulham's short corners really getting on my nerves, even Barca put them into the middle from time to time.

Weimann must get lessons in how to blow counter attacks.

Well that was disappointingly shit.

Good result for Derby but I don't think they have enough. Second leg should be better.

I can't believe Rowett continues to persist with Huddlestone + Johnson as a pair. Slow as molasses, both of them.

KMac is hardly Usain Bolt against them. There isn't a lot of pace in huge swathes of the Championship. Hence why our quick guys destroyed it.
