By the looks of it they need to sell to buy. Johnny Evans will go to fund a striker or 2. The lad they have on loan from PSG they need to move on as well but PSG don't want him back, so they need a club willing to take him and cover all his wages like Albion are doing...just the tiny matter of £108k p/w
