Pepe and Ramos. And even then one of them is an absolute madman and the other can forget the basics at will.

Marcelo is laughable defensively, Carvajal is better but still loves to bomb on and then apart from Modric who's improved his defensive side immeasurably the rest of that XI aren't interested going the other way.

Real sold Makelele at the time they were building the first galactico team, Becks, Figo, Zidane, Ronaldo etc. Completely underestimated his value to the team, as I think they have with Xabi - I mean Kroos is a wonderful player but he doesn't offer anything like the same qualities.
