Burnley relegated.

Burnley gone with QPR to follow tomorrow and more than likely be Hull. No problems with that Hull have been awful this season with some decent players in their squad.

Hull now need an absolute minimum of two points out of Spurs (A) and Man Utd (H), if Newcastle or Sunderland manage to pick up further points then they're going to need to win one or both to survive.

Can see steve Bruce been given the boot.

Inexplicably they gave him a new contract earlier in the season. His teams always turn to shit after a couple of years.

yes always the same after awhile, dont know exactly why though...loses the locker room?

hoping for a smashing palace win..just because i cant stand the arrogant prick van Gaal :)

Must be I think Fred, players just stop playing for him after a time. His Sunderland team were full of capable players but sank like a stone for a good 12 months before they sacked him. Davies and Huddlestone were their best players by a mile last season, both have been dismal this year.

Clearly we messed things up after sacking Mick but I didn't want Bruce at all costs, it's painfully obvious what will happen after a while. Of course all managers bar a very select few always have a shelf life at a club but his seems to come around much quicker than others and invariably you end up letting him waste money in a fruitless attempt to fix the problem which must be of his own making.

Yeah I know, I have been thinking along the same lines as you..players just dont turn to shit like those players mentioned from one season to another if not an age thing..Bruce always has a good immediate effect and then it just wears out and usually second or third season his team just doesnt perform at all..

That is a very soft penalty. Probably correct, but I would bet a lot that it doesn't get given up the other end.

noway it would have been a pen if for example smalling did that..poor

Stonewall????

It hits him on the shoulder. There is arm involved as well so the decision is probably correct, but no way is that given against Man United.

Penalty for me, lean into the ball like that and you're on a hiding to nothing.

yeah maybe its a pen but the thing is it wouldnt have been given against man u..

The movement he makes is dumb. It gave the referee a decision to make. That I will admit.

Put it this way, if Stears had conceded that pen for Wolves I'd be more annoyed at him than the ref.

Phil Jones at LB against Bolasie could be interesting.

Pedro has just scored a superb overhead kick to put Barca 2 up.

Shocking work in the wall by Blind.
