He's right about the second bit, at least. LVG is a different beast for me as he actually broke the bank on this team.

Well the FA haven't explicitly banned him from doing so, but that is semantics really.

Given that he has reffed our games before, but hasn't done any in five years, despite the frequent rotation of officials meaning some may take charge of multiple fixtures of any given team over a season, and us being in the Premier League for two of those years where the pool is even smaller and the churn even greater - what conclusion would you draw?

Valencia has never been United quality IMO. He's their Edwards, plays anywhere and never moans, runs a lot. His goal/assist record has always been pathetic.

He had an excellent second half to the 11/12 season when he just steamrolled past anybody and everybody, but otherwise I'd agree. He's pathetic now.

Plus his bullying of match officials got many decisions and minutes of injury time in their favour. Look at the decisions given in Arsenal's favour tonight or last season when Liverpool were awarded 2 (or was it 3?) penalties at OT

LVG's football is worse than Moyes' I reckon. He uses 'hoof to Fellaini' far more often. Mata has no part in games lately. His signings...well Di Maria is struggling badly, Falcao looks a crock. Rojo is dire. He doesn't play Herrera. Shaw is decent, so is Blind.

£150m to not upgrade very far plus he is an insufferable prick.

In the modern game you need more than lvg pre match tactics old style..you need to be active, coaching and that will also motivate players if you see that the manager cares
