We quite often show appreciation for ex-players we liked. I like this about our fan base.
@Deutsch applauded when Doc left us.We quite often show appreciation for ex-players we liked. I like this about our fan base.

Lets hope so.Agreed. But same applies for those below and directly above us. I think this is peak Everton and Palace, and one of them will head firmly into the ditch with the rest of us.
Much maligned for some reason that escapes me.Doc played well. There. I've said it.

Leon Clarke once got abuse from both Wolves and Sheff Wed fans. That was spectacular. My sister was in with the City away contingent when Nunes made his Molineux return. Said she’s never heard 1 player receive such abuse
He hardly endeared himself with the Wolves fans. But i am no fan of abuse. My sister was in with the City away contingent when Nunes made his Molineux return. Said she’s never heard 1 player receive such abuse
I remember meeting Leon Clarke at the Carlyon Bay Hotel in Cornwall when he was with Palace. He was amazed I knew who he was.Leon Clarke once got abuse from both Wolves and Sheff Wed fans. That was spectacular.
McIndoe got a great welcome back that was capped off with a glorious reaction when he was subbed off
Truly glorious. Absolute proof that a crowd can get to a player. By the time he was subbed he had gone to pieces.Danny Mills at Molineux was the best.
Damn, RIP to Adebayor I guessMy sister was in with the City away contingent when Nunes made his Molineux return. Said she’s never heard 1 player receive such abuse
Impressive for an away end but I remember O’Hara playing against us for Fulham (at craven cottage) and properly crapping himself under the boos/abuse from wolves fansMy sister was in with the City away contingent when Nunes made his Molineux return. Said she’s never heard 1 player receive such abuse
Probably no other player I'd wish this on more.Impressive for an away end but I remember O’Hara playing against us for Fulham (at craven cottage) and properly crapping himself under the boos/abuse from wolves fans
and he even had his name changed from the away end as he was substituted.
I think it's his general demeanor. Similar to Kilman, doesnt show much emotion, doesn't look athletic. That can't be argued with.Much maligned for some reason that escapes me.
