January Transfer Window, 25/26 Season

I expected the joke to go over better tbh
 
Regardless of position you can't sell players in January to start "getting ready" for a different league. It would be different if we had players we wanted to develop to take the minutes but we don't.

With our squad if you had a plan it would he better to aim for Sunderland type of blueprint, make shift team to push for promotion followed by mass recruitment if that happens.
 
By January we’re likely to be as good as down so any incoming players need to be for the Championship. I suspect any player already in England won’t want to join a relegation parade as they’ll have bettter options either in PL or Championship teams going for promotion. That being the case we’d be wise to cash in on inflated January prices, if they’re forthcoming, and look to rebuild in the summer. I think the most important incomers between now and the summer is a new recruitment team.

A fair number of people will want us the Wolves fanbase to get behind Rob Edwards and the team, however we really need to make sure Fosun are getting it from behind week in week out, we need to be vocal against Shi and his Corrupt bollocks and make it loud. On Saturday the silence was horrid and nothing towards Fosun, this needs to change. It needs to be heard at Villa Park on Sunday and needs to be fucking heard loudly.

Even being relegated a normal team would he able to sell the advantages of higher wages, hopeful return. Have a good few months and potentially be resold if exceptional etc.

I get asking for normality is a massive ask for us. We badly need a full recruitment team refresh. Data isn't everything as look at Sheff Utd's data approach, but we seem so far behind.

Selling hopeful return will be easier in the summer. In January there’s the inevitable relegation to offer.
