January 2021 Transfer Window

The juventus number 7 might be worth a punt, he's Portuguese so might fit in, definitely knows where the net is, only problem is he's 34-35 so not a usual fosun signing, might not fit the no dickheads policy either

That's exactly what we need...an over the hill Dutchman with a Fuckin' disease
yeah, he has said he will retire after this season so...hoping for another striker that has the same ability to put the ball in the net

He is actually anything other than a dickhead. The consummate professional. I think his wage demands might be a touch out of our orbit but I would fucking love to see it happen!!

You see, this is what I don't understand, the perception that if we don't sign anybody that means we haven't tried to sign anybody ?
Its not that I don't think they have sat around doing fook all but the urgency of the situation and how Raul's injury has impacted on us and having plenty of time to get a target in. I know its not easy but if we are rocking into the BCD as we are a lot fans will be unhappy and the noise on social media/ forum will be louder than normal.

The club will need to accept that we're going to have to pay a desperation tax. January and everybody knows our talismanic forward is long term injured.

We have to buy cover for Raul and the youngster, an oldie with six months left.... An up and coming 23 year old? Who gives a fuck, wolves do not sign shit so I really believe they will bridge that gapnin january

Can't tell if Phillips is suggesting Jovic as an option or is saying that we are actually interested in him. I'd take him on a six month loan deal for sure tbf!

Going to be very interesting how January plays out, need to move quickly but isn't always our style! Can see people getting more frustrated than ever if we don't rush into it.

I'm not expecting or wanting much this January tbh.

I think with the (mainly) youth-oriented strategy it would be a weird U-turn bringing in players who are going to push the Hoever's and Vitinha's (and Kilman and MGWs) even further down the pecking order.

The only area I'd really be looking at is someone to take the full burden off Fabio and allow this season to be one of developmental game time as opposed to being flogged.

It's a very specific type of player and probably deal we're looking for, so I can see a deal being tricky, but with aspirations of being an elite club, these are the challenges you have to meet, more often than not.

Not bothered about social media noise or what 14 year olds think. If we don't sign anyone it won't be the apocalypse, we'll just probably finish towards the lower end of the 7th-15th spectrum most of us have us pegged for.

In that worst case scenario I think Nuno just has to work out the best way of getting goals and being an attacking threat with what he has in the squad.

Raul is a huge player for us, but PL teams often have to do without such players for extended periods, we'll be OK

Assuming Raul is out for all or most of the season then I think if we don't bring in a competant forward Nuno will properly lose his shit. Whether that's publically who knows, but I don't think he's in a towing the party line kind of mindset at the moment

Tomori has asked to leave Chelsea permanently.

Stop messing around with bags of crisps Jeff and get in there.

Agreed! Wonder how much Chelsea would want though

Theoretically that sorts you out at centre half for a decade if he develops as he potentially could.

Apparently Michael Olise's release clause is £8m. We were linked quite a bit in the summer, with how well he has performed I imagine we will be very interested at that price now.

If we got something like this done straight away I'd be chuffed. Not sure how likely it really is though

Timmy reporting that so he must think/been told its genuine
