Shame Celtic are out as on the ten minutes I've just watched they're absolutely awful

Ajax and Benfica out, Sevilla only through on away goals, Arsenal going to ET.

I'm gutted, had the promise of digs in Gdansk if it was a Wolves Celtic final, Polish guy I work with has family there and weirdly is a Celtic fan

Shocking 48 hours for the Portugese

Braga, Porto, Sporting and Benfica all dumped out.

Getafe are horrid, turgid shit.... im also edging towards another United match unfortunately, that would be a bore
Leverkusen would be interesting.

Who thought we'd ever see Wolves progress further into European competition than Arsenal?

Drink it in.

Hopefully we get a couple of draws like Yanited Vs Getafe and Inter v Sevilla. Thin the herd.

Linz are badly priced there (they won't win it but they're better than that).

In terms of ease, I reckon Copenhagen are the best team to get. Anyone who wants to go, take out a new mortgage.

Sevilla would be the best trip.

Fuck getting either Inter or Roma given all the shit going off there at the moment, I'm not sure we'd even be allowed to play.

Oddly enough I've just come back from Copenhagen, my other lived there for three years so we went for a visit. It's nowhere near as expensive as it used to be apparently. Londony prices but certainly less than I was expecting.

We're joint third favourites on Betfair - with Sevilla behind Man United and Inter. Obviously need to avoid those two in the draw and missing Roma. Sevilla, Getafe and one or two others would be nice.
Sadly, though, I think there's a real chance that Coronavirus will derail the competition. The papers this morning are full of stories about sports events being cancelled: given that you can't really see teams criss-crossing Europe. I suppose it might be quite funny though: you wait 30 years to win the league title. You're one win away and Coronavirus wipes out the rest of the season...

Quick question (and maybe stupid one) if we're drawn 1st out today does that mean we are at home first?

Yes, unless there is a another European game in the same city which the local police won't take, in which case it'll be flipped. I can't see where that might happen though. Manc police would be fine with City on a Wed and us on a Thurs

The only tie flip issues went when Celtic and the Portuguese sides bit the dust.

I still can’t quite believe I am waiting for a Europa last 16 draw and we are in it. The mind boggles.

We've had a kind draw up to now in the groups and last 32. Lets hope it continues and we get Copenhagen away first.

Just popped on to redcafe. Seems the whole United support want us to draw Inter as that means one of their two main threats will be eliminated. Nice backhanded compliment!

Torino was about the toughest we could get in the final qualifying round mind.
