If reports are correct it's 12 people from the agency that were involved in some way or another. Don't get me wrong, that's terrible and the twelve should be punished accordingly. But it's 12 people out of an organisation of 40,000. 15,000 in Gaza itself.

Now I think they've clearly got some work to do on ensuring neutrality (for want of a better expression) of agency staff and it's inevitable given what they see there that there will be a significant anti-israel sentiment on the ground. But it's 12 people, and denying funds and aid because of that will result in thousands of deaths.
 
Just reading about the IDF's operation, killing three people in a hospital, that are confirmed members of Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Precise, targeted assassinations. Begs the question why, if they can do that, there have been tens of thousands of unguided dumb bombs used in the last three months that have killed and injured 50,000 innocent women and children. I wonder how many journalists will raise that question

Absolutelt despicable reaction to that from the west. That alone will have killed or seriously harmed countless people
