What a mess we’re in. Israel doing as much as it can to poor fuel on the flames by threatening to bomb Iranian railways the day after bombing a petrochemical plant. They really don’t care about the wider consequences for both the region and the world. If the nuclear sites and weapons stores haven’t been effectively bombed by now they’re unlikely to ever be.

Hopefully those around Trump are telling him the obvious, the longer it goes on the worse it will look for him and that he should rein the Israelis in and reach a ceasefire soon as possible. Any objective person can see that despite all the bombs and rhetoric Iran hold the upper hand so he needs to walk away as soon as possible whilst he can still leave his Maga supporters thinking he’s a winner even though the rest of the world knows the truth.
