Grimsby v Wolves 4th Round FA Cup 15/02/26

I’d have gone if it wasn’t on the Sunday (which made it physically impossible). But mainly for the fish and chips.

If they're chips ain't battered (they won't be) then they can stick em!

I think I’m on a bit of a nostalgia trip - getting tempted to take the kids to away games I went with my dad, Burnley, Palace and Grimsby.

I’m trying to get my kids into the Rayo game tomorrow. It’s been complicated by:
a) They’ve moved the match to Leganes as the ground is knackered at Rayo.
b) Tight security means no entry without a season ticket and your ID card.
Genuinely still think I have a chance. After all, I made it into Wolves at Millwall when all Wolves fans were banned 😂

If it wasn't got Mane I would be putting a fair bit of cash on Grimsby tomorrow, but i think he'll make the difference.

A pity he wasn't rested against Forest.

If their social media account is anything to go by they are well up for this. We won't win dialling it in

I really think we’re losing this game.

It has all the right ingredients for it, simply if our bunch of rabble don’t fancy it I think we’ll be in big trouble.

On the proviso that some of the others turn up and don’t play like they’re ticking the days off a chuff chart until they can leave.
Problem is some of them will stupidly think Grimsby will be as insipid as Shrewsbury were .

Be able to tick a ton off next year. Might try and go to a couple myself if life allows.

Wonder if those moaning they couldn’t get tickets 5 years ago will bother?

You still can't get tickets legitimately unless you are at least a member. I was going to go to Palace, but they aren't going to general sale

I’m on about the championship. Go on the buy/sell fb page, there would have been tons available for palace, will be the same for Brighton if you fancy that one

Is it trustworthy? You don't get scammed?
I’ve never had any issues. I’ve seen people be outed on there though in the past, but that’s rare and then they’ll get booted. I see people i used to go away with selling their’s on there a lot.

The rare home games I’ve been to the last 18 months I’ve had off there. Sod giving Jeff money, plus those fans won’t actually be able to resell legitimately given we don’t ever sell out. One guy gave me the ticket for free, went to to Bournemouth for £30. Don’t pay £50 to sit in the golf stand!

I can buy a ticket for Palace courtesy of a membership number being loaned on here, but frankly I can't motivate myself for the cost even though I have a totally free day and am not far down the road. But the fact you can still get tickets is mad

Can confirm it’s grim in Grimsby this morning.

The pitch looks shocking.

Old skool football today

Would have been his birthday on Sunday too
I loved the first season of the Taylor years. New stadium, punching above our weight in the transfer league, Molineux buzzing. That and the first three quarters of the Turner era are my personal favourite time as a Wolves aupporter
