I agree. In my world, it's not hot until the roads start melting like they did in '76. Though I suspect that was due to dodgy road materials rather than extreme heat. The roads never melted when I was in Saudi Arabia.

I'm hoping it's like this when I'm in Rhodes in a couple of months. It's not nice to work in, but in an all inclusive resort on decking overlooking the sea with a bar right behind me - yes please.
