Mancienne's whole season was terrible. Cost us against Birmingham 3 games before and could have sent us down. Thought he looked ok in his first two spells here but he was abysmal that season and never got better. Terrible whenever I saw him the Championship too.

Another in the 'fuck him' camp he had multiple opportunities to back out, the club practically pleaded with him to for his own good, he chose not to. If we'd been awarded damages it would be inappropriate to collect them, but as it's factual costs then he should be liable for them.

Very interesting that Mishcon De Reya stepped back and the case was taken on by a load of no win, no fee charlatans.
