General Wolves News

Each position is now worth £1.9m, when we lost the Cup to Watford they could have finished 7th, ended up getting £7.6m less for 11th and fuck all for their European run...yep, still bitter!

Just pissed off the Geordies got so much. We finish seventh and they are on telly loads more than us. Fucking BT.

My heart bleeds for him. Absolutely bleeds.

Very interesting that Mishcon De Reya stepped back and the case was taken on by a load of no win, no fee charlatans. Normally, their T's and C's instruct you to take out insurance to cover them getting paid in all circumstances but never taking into account an adverse costs order. Absolute wankers.
Keystone Law wasn't it? In planning law, they're very, very well respected and exorbitantly expensive.

But he said they did it at no win, no fee. And planning law isn't really the issue here. Personally I would want an IP lawyer rather than someone telling me if I could extend my conservatory.

Fuck knows what he was advised.

If it’s “no win no fee”, how is there still a fee. Apologies in advance for my horrendous knowledge.

Wow. So how is that “no win no fee”. Surely this insurance isn’t free?

And also how does this relate to the personal injury adverts you see which all claim no win no fee?

No win, no fee refers to your own legal costs, he's been screwed because of Wolves' which he chose to ignore

That is EXACTLY how no win no fee works.

This is correct as well. They tend to not mention opposition costs if you get a punitive costs order for bringing a nonsense claim. Strange that.

Shyster end of the profession. I hate them.

I should point out that they pay off your insurance premium if you win (sometimes).

When you are on a no win no fee arrangement you almost always get after the event insurance to protect you against adverse costs. If he didnt do that then it's because he couldn't get anyone to give him a 60%+ merits assessment

So it should really be called 'No win, no fee, (apart from the cost of the insurance)'?

With a good case the cost of the insurance should really be absolutely minimal, to be fair.

I meant that they deduct your premium from their OWN fees, not from the other side.

You know "you get ALL the compensation" adverts (fuck you Andrew Castle)

You pay for an insurance premium to pay their fees in any result. You win they take their fees, minus the premium value. So you got ALL the compensation.

I bet that will change last year. We’re on the up, we play attractive football and we’re a good news club. Newcastle have a large fan base but f**k all else.

Fosun must be stoked that we’re probably 2 years ahead of schedule.

Any news re the kit for next season ?
