General Wolves News

What an absolute waste of everyone's time. Some people will try literally anything to make a few quid :icon_lol:

Sadly this will cost him a lot of quid.

Who gave him the legal advice that has seen this go to court? The daft fook is going to be selling his house to cover this shit.

Funny how he never bothered when
A. We first started using it
B. We were skint
Wonder why?

I hope he's get a no win, no fee lawyer.

I just checked the bloke out. Barristers called to the bar in 1977 don't exactly tend to be no win no fee. This bloke is probably on £250 per hour.

The claimant is going to lose his house on this unless there is a very sympathetic master prepared to make a no costs order.

The QC is going to be at least £400 p/h. We very rarely see junior counsel at less than £200 from the top Chambers in the development world at the moment.

Oh aye - our costs will be HUUUUGE.

I was looking at the Claimant's Counsel. He hasn't taken silk, but has been involved in a lot of high profile stuff.

The club are using the method I used to use to beat off claims as in house lawyer. Rack up the costs and keep mentioning you will be looking for a costs order if it makes court. It used to scare a lot of people off the hand.

Denying most people access to justice.

Wolves Tweeted a reminder that existing smart cards will remain in use this season... Some cockwomble has labeled it a "disgrace" that new season ticket holders are getting a new card but existing fans aren't and tagged in Laurie :icon_lol:

Good grief.

Was in Jinky?

Best way of dealing with no-win no-fee shysters is to use methods to concentrate minds before foolish and spurious litigation ends up anywhere.

My pal who.has not had an accident got fed up.so said he had been. Went through some details with the caller, then had another call from the legal guy.
This is how the conversation.

"I was driving down the road when a car appeared out on no where and hit me." He was asked where did the car come from my pal said "I don't know i'd had 10 pints of cider" needless to say no more calls
