General Wolves News

Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a typo, but seems a low allocation for Newcastle away. 1562 tickets less than we usually take.

Went to general sale last year with 3pm Saturday ko. No trains back the same day so required an overnight stop if you were from the Midlands and on train. Good day out apart from the 2 hours from 3pm to 5pm! Not surprised they’ve opted for a lower allocation.

On the Tuesday morning after the end of the gameweek? But, but but what about the refs report? 🙄
Could not have been seen by the ref. Before you act like a dick, check the rules.
If an Incident is seen and reported by the officials the Premier League cannot act.

In Cunha's case its obviously not been seen. He has been charged with Mis Conduct. Again a brief check with FA laws it is punishable by a ban, but the ban will be less than if charged with Violent conduct.

Violent conduct is a Minimum 3 game ban. My best Guess reading and checking the rules is a Probable 2 game ban, They could go for more, however that opens up an arbitration panel, on excessive punishment, given that iirc a Player had a 3 Match ban for violent Conduct.

Guessing he will request a Personal hearing and present evidence to minimise the length of ban.

We should still expect to be with without him V Leicester, and Man Utd as a Minimum.

First paragraph is incorrect
Second paragraph is incorrect
3rd is conjecture based on nothing
4th and 5th contradict each other.
Apart from that spot on

Rubbish

As soon as a ref says he saw it and decided there was nothing in it, the FA can no longer act, its a standard rule regarding the Ref being the Sole person charge, its been lime that since day dot.

The FA will never re-referee a game, or return to an incident.

Its the reason Cards don't get Upgraded, or players dont receive bans for violent Conduct, when a Ref has acted.
Cunha's incident was obviously not mentioned, Therefore the FA are free to act.

Viloent Conduct is a Minimum 3 game Ban 5 second Google will show this.

The only fucking thing you actually got right was the Conjecture thing.

The court Of Arbitration in Sport can decide a Ban is too heavy, and will take other punishments in to account, so its a Fair conjecture, that a Violent Misonduct will mean a greater ban than Misconduct.

However thats by no means certain. I am.surprised it was not Violent Misconduct given the TV footage

Ben Thatcher was yellow carded for forearm smashing a Pompey player years back but retrospectively banned for 8 games by the FA?
