Team of 66 and Matt Busby?
Some of it is just common sense (Dawson has areas where he looks excellent and areas where he looks terrible, so keep it in Zone A as much as we can) but equally you don't often see it spelled out.I've got to hold my hands up, he's surprised and impressed me tonight. I know it seems a bit shallow but having him explain the thought process behind some of the moves has been really insightful
You can't play close to 500 professional games over a 20 year career without knowing a very good deal about how the game works. Played under a few 'systems' managers too
All the time.Do other Premier League Managers appear on that show and do similar ?
The exception that proves the rule?
I remember putting similar up on here a few years ago & getting shot downThe exception that proves the rule?
Ignoring all the other exceptions, of course. Like Lampard, Gerrard, Bobby Moore, Bobby Charlton... none of which have proven successful as managers. So I wonder if the more successful and celebrated you were as a player, the less successful you might be as a manager? I'll have to think about whether there are exceptions that prove this rule too...
Ok , wasn't aware of that . I wonder can a Manager decline to appear - or maybe it's part of the deal Sky have with the PL .All the time.
Although this is probably the most indepth one. Sky plan to use this format throughout the season though. Looking at individual game plans
If it was obligatory they'd get the likes of Pep and Klopp on.Ok , wasn't aware of that . I wonder can a Manager decline to appear - or maybe it's part of the deal Sky have with the PL .
