General Wolves News

I suppose they could pay the absurd £4.5m fee as reported then flip him immediately as he's obviously worth more than that. But they can't afford him as a Championship club.

I don't know where he'd go tbh.

Can't both parties just cancel the loan deal during this window and then sell him to them permanently?

If we do that, there's a chance he plays against us and also we're doing their recruitment a favour by freeing up a loan slot for them....

We also make £5m quid towards FFP in this yearly cycle.

I agree I wouldn't do it, but there are situations where I assume it could be favourable to both parties. We are fine for FFP at the minute though so screw em.

They can buy him, just not at the agreed price until the summer. If they wanted to offer us 3/4m on top we'd probably take it but they likely can't afford to do it.

Have Lop sit down with him, see if they can come to an understanding.

I wouldn't be against having him back at the club. Maybe not a bona fide starter but I still love the guy.

Sounds harsh but after reading an Everton forum he should stay right where he is.

A question, how easy would it be for me to get one or two tickets for the Tottenham game, on the 4 March? Just looking into the possibility of going that weekend, and everything seems to be quite cheap. Anyone here not going?

Doubling on my post from yesterday. Flights were so cheap that I took advantage of it. We'll see about trying to get tickets later, worst that happens is not having a ticket and just going to enjoy the weekend in the UK for cheap.

Can't wait to see you guys again!
