So the moral of the story is probably 'don't kick a decapacitated man in the head when you're an on duty police officer because if you do, you'll face the consequences'

He didn't have to do that, did he? It's nothing to do with the actions of the 'victim' prior to that, and it's nothing to do with any punishment they no doubt deserve for the actions leading up to that point.
Incapacitated?

So you’re saying the officer was in the wrong?
Yes, he lost control after he had been attacked and beaten by at least two individuals.
My point was, the naritive was to make thee perpetrators of the initial violence out to be the innocent victims and to only release a one sided version which was successful in causing angry demonstrations against the police, which could have resulted in more violence.

There would likely have been demonstrations even if all the circumstances were known.

No the actions of the officer are wrong and way beyond reasonable force used.
Police are human and in those situations adrenaline, emotion etc will be pumping through every part of your body absolutely doesn’t excuse his actions but does create some mitigation.
There’s no victims in all of this just a group of people behaving disproportionately. Assault a police officer expect heavy punishment kick someone in the head expect heavy punishment.

Not too sure about that. Didn't their lawyer say that they were no threat to the pplice or public?

“Because as you can see from the videos that everybody has seen there was no threat whatsoever to the police or the public"

Their lawyer has form...

However, at the time of the kick and stamp he was no threat to the police or public if we take the videos at face value...which shows the individual tapered, on the floor and motionless. What do you think the lawyer would have focused on?

He used the media as a platform to make money and contributed in trying to incite hysteria and division.

Tommy's latest video looks like a ucking mental breakdown. I don't want to share it as don't want to give it traction, but you can imagine what it's like. Red faced and frothing, talking about men in boats being given houses all over the country, raping our women and killing our kids, day in day out in cities and towns all around the country. Members of my own family have shared it which is quite sickening, including one uncle who I've always thought of as fairly moderate. They're absolutely succeeding in weaponising this tragedy.

love how the hypocritical cunt says he stands for protecting "british values" etc, yet has fled the country to avoid facing up to UK legal processes. and he and his fanboi's see no contradiction in that.
