That'll be some nice bonus bunce though.

I'm sure at one point early in his career I said he'd go on to have a similar career arc to Gareth Bale, ending up playing predominantly off the right and terrorising Champions League left backs.

I mean I know I'm not exactly a stranger to a hyperbolic snap judgment, but wowzers

I’m pretty sure you and I weren’t the only ones who thought he’d have a stellar career.

Nobody could have envisaged this after he eviscerated Kyle Walker as an 18 year old in 2017.

Almost like throwing all the family Silva [sic] at a child is a bad idea.

Bit of an OTT reaction to him beating Walker once, no? He did a few exciting things from time to time but people got way too giddy about him being fast and liking step overs.

I think we're safe to assume that that's bullshit and that Jeff Shi fucked him around because he's a clueless fucking CUNT

Why is club mouthpiece #5 breaking this news now?
Out of context in the way TT has posted it it seems a big story.

But the way they were talking about it, it's nothing we didn't know, it was in relation to Semedo at around 42 mins onwards.

LL didn't use those words.
Here you go again.
Refused to play vs on strike same thing unless you are being a dick. The bit I've not seen reported before was the why, that's why I posted it. It was assumed it was a fallout with Lopetegui. Spotify does AI transcripts, complete with AI style typosScreenshot_20250213_162453_Spotify.jpg

Yeah I posted the pod mate 🤷‍♀️

I listened to it too.

Just think "went on strike" is a bit dramatic when he had 3 games of his contract left, but I guess you can say that if you want to.
