Went off with a hamstring injury 3 weeks ago. Doubt he’s fully ready yet. Him being on bench doesn’t mean much as that’s their whole available squad at the moment I think

It's great just to have the tournament to watch , and having crowds back is great too ( albeit small in number ) . Early days yet , but Italy were a surprise , particularly in their confidence on the ball . Turkey were however a big let down .
Belgium got it done early , which is always a good sign .
England have a great squad of players , but need Kane to find form . If they do they have a serious chance .
Spain yet again dominated possession and passed and passed and passed . One goal at the end and all that would have been forgotton , but 0 - 0 is a poor start .
We'll see France and Portugal later on .
Love watching it , doesn't matter who is playing .

I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would, before it started I was a bit meh about it. I agree with whoever it was said it was a bit bloated but so far its been enjoyable....not too many completely crap games. As I mentioned the other day, I'm particulsrly enjoying the way the games are being reffed, especially VAR.......nevef thought those things would be a hilight.
