Euro 2016 watch

Typical, we always have bad luck in these drawings..well we are truly underdogs in that group

If still expect Sweden to come 3rd just a case of whether it's enough to progress.

Wales pick David Edwards as a matter of course, they are akin to the Great Britain Davis Cup team, Wales need to hope Bale stays fit and England need to stop him playing.

Only problem is we'll have a load of bullshit rhetoric now ie Robbie Savage already saying Wales will definitely beat Slovakia prior to the England game.

They should. Slovakia are shit. And Wales beat Belgium in qualifying so aren't crap themselves.

They should. Slovakia are $#@!. And Wales beat Belgium in qualifying so aren't crap themselves.

Wales also lost to Bosnia and drew at home to Israel, Slovakia I'm right in thinking beat Spain as well.

So England fixtures:

Sat 11th Jun - England v Russia 8pm
Thu 16th Jun - England v Wales 2pm
Mon 20th Jun - England v Slovakia 8pm
They normally look at the draw and amend the kick off times on the same day. I'd be amazed if England V Wales stays at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon

Might suite the Police with that kick off time last thing they'll want is Wales and England fans boozing all day before the game.

Indeed. People take Wales for granted at their peril. Personally I would not be surprised if England did not win the group.

Don't think anyone would be surprised if that happened, the fact cannot be denied that if Wales didn't have Bale in the side they would probably wouldn't have qualified.
Ramsey is a quality player and Williamd is a good defender. But there nowhere near as influential on side as Bale is.

England must win that group, no excuses

Northern or Republic of?

I guess he means Republic of Ireland, they are in with us in sweden with Italy and Belgium to spicy it up...group of death once again

England should have done a lot of things over the years but have failed to do so, nothing would surprise me this time around.

Yep, that could have turned out better....

Suppose first game in the group Ireland/Sweden will be critical, 3 pts might just be enough to get out of the group so both teams will be going for it in that game, if you could then maybe scrape a draw in one of the others you should make it out the group. Only other straw I can grasp is Group E is last to finish so come the Italy game we will know what we need to do to qualify.

Think as well England will win that group with something like 7pts, 50/50 call between Wales & Russia about who comes 2nd.

The Nordies look to have managed to get a harder group then ourselves

Knockout phase

BBC has the second, third, sixth and eighth picks in the round of 16; first and second pick of the quarter-finals; second pick of the semi-finals, with both BBC and ITV showing the final live on Sunday, 10 July.

ITV had first pick of the England games but turned down the England v Wales clash as they couldn't get UEFA to change the kick-off time. Bit of a bonus for BBC.

Didn't want to cancel showing Loose Women?
