Assuming that Traore is actually out there then he needs to - he is the senior player in the front formation so needs to help the others who are either under 20 or only just.

Don't think RAN is doing as badly as suggested. Poor individually for the goal I agree, but he's been decent on the ball and just needs some more support down this side, particularly from Saiss.
