Firstly, apologies Deutsch.

For me this is a game to use the squad, so many are running on empty and I'd prioritise Everton. We could go with the first 11 and lose both, because they are breathing out of their arses
-------‐----------------Sa--‐---------------------
-------Kilman------Dawson*------Toti
----Semedo-----Gomes----Traore*---Bueno
-------Bellegarde*------Sasa--------Sarabia

*if fit

Brentford might be easier win of the two at this point. Everton are playing pretty well at the moment, considering.

Tbh, I've almost written the Everton game off, scrape what we can from it. Obviously it depends how the players recover from yesterday, but if possible I'd go with Sundays team.

Same as Alan I'd be targeting the home game, so I'd make a few changes for this one

Everton are doing well at the minute so won't come to defend which plays into our wheelhouse.

..........................Sa

Doc - Kilman - Santi - Toti - Bueno

.........Gomes - Doyle - Traore

.........Sarabia - Sasa - Hwang

Not sure they’ll let that one slide mate

Brentford have half their team out and most of their best players too. Should certainly be targeting points here. Dont see fitness being too much of an issue with no Europe or cup run. Declan Rice has played over 50% more minutes than Lemina for example. Fitness levels are pretty good in the squad too.

For once we’ve not been completely screwed over schedule wise so we should have enough recovery time. Hopefully Dawson is fit enough. I’d imagine he might rotate Ait Nouri. Changihg a midfielder isn’t really an option. If Bellegarde is feeling better he may be an option to give a forward a breather.

Brentford are beatable I think , a draw is definitely achievable . We are in no position to turn our noses up at possible points .

Brentford are definitely beatable. They’ve lost nearly 50% of their games and I would certainly be aiming for a win, no way we should be going there expecring anything less. A draw will be fine but aim to win.

If Dawson is fit, and given that S. Bueno has looked pretty decent in his limited opportunities, who here would replace Kilman with Santi? I know it'll never happen, but I'd do it.

Maybe there's something in his contract that prevents him getting more playing time? A Santi Clause perhaps...

I'll leave now before I'm banned.

A heads up that this game is the cut-off for the 5 yellow cards one game ban.

Ait-Nouri and Hwang are both still on 4 so have to get through without a yellow to avoid a suspension.

I thought that was Chelsea?
