Bournemouth (H) - 15th December (3pm)

Don't know how that isn't a foul and a red card.

3 mins added - Jota with a hamstring injury?

Can see him not coming out for the second half (especially given the conditions) - would change for Cav (though Costa appears to be getting ready)

No desire to see him have any long term problem

it looked like jota tripped over himself, but I was chasing my dumbass cat during the build up so I'm not particularly firm in that assessment.

they had some kind of contact outside the box which caused jota to need a minute off the field to recover

Lovely ball from Jimenez with the outside of his boot to send Jota away, touch perhaps a little heavy which gives Cook opportunity to get across and just nudges Jota out of the way, you'd think he'd be a little disappointed not to win that foot race but he didn't manage to get it set right so he could get his body between Cook and the ball.

1st half over - reasonable

Loss of Jota is not helpful as he has started to look like the real Jota again - we have options though

Shoulder barged him in the back. Clear red card.

Overall I'd say we've been okay without feeling totally in control. We give the ball away so, so cheaply at times.

I’ve onky seen it once, but I’m guessing shoulder to shoulder would be the arguament

Jota didn't get across him, he didn't get the run of the ball right to make that movement and it gave Cook the opportunity to close him off. No foul.

The defender never made any movement towards Jota. It was Jota who went into him and just bounced off him. It's not even a foul never mind a red! No idea how he's injured himself there either.

the ball went clean through the defenders. no rebound.

I dunno, I swear it looks like he hits it straight against the back of the defender’s knee! Hmm.

Saw the incident at the end of the half, it wasn't a foul as Jota couldn't get himself in front of Cook. Did Jota have to go off? Annoying if he did especially as I'm not sure what he actually hurt in that collision.

Looked as though Jota took a knee to the hamstring in that 'fair' challenge [emoji849]

Costa's stripped and out at halftime so assume Jota's done.

Hope he's ok for Liverpool

Think they might have clashed legs so perhaps just a dead leg.

It's a contact sport, it's not a foul everytime two body parts collide.

You can hear the wind via Burrows mike - doesn't sound that pleasant up there

Robust challenge. Let's give cook the benefit of the doubt. We need a second goal at least.

Might have thought about Cav rather than Costa as the sub for Jota - bit more robust

Cav must be truly awful in training if he still can't get in the team ahead of Costa.
