Mmnmm, a martyrdom thread now, we've got it all on TWF.
'They are far more vulnerable than the parliamentary maths might suggest'.
He's lived a life of do what he says rather than do what he does - rules are for plebs. I agree it does seem odd that anything he says is newsworthy given that the best indicator of whether or not he is lying is whether or not his lips are moving. Why is this fat man on the news lecturing people about being fat?
I’m sure you find it hilarious to take the piss out of an overweight person To some others it just makes you look like a hypocrite. For want of a better word. Why is this fat man on the news lecturing people about being fat?
I’m all for him choosing to be fat (chances are he’ll die sooner) and I would not laugh at him for it, the point which you spectacularly missed, is that he is/was lecturing people about being obese. But you carry on.I’m sure you find it hilarious to take the piss out of an overweight person To some others it just makes you look like a hypocrite. For want of a better word.
Good stuff = Fat people: it's all their own fault. Thanks for that confirmation. The difference being, he has a choice. He can lose weight. Roy does not have a choice. It's a really twattish hill to die on, honestly.
I'm not talking about fat people. I'm talking about Boris Johnson. It's a ridiculous equivalence to make, you know it's ridiculous, and I'm bored so I nibbled but that'll do.Good stuff = Fat people: it's all their own fault. Thanks for that confirmation.
Or is it just fat people that you don't happen to like?
(I don't like Boris either - but that's a different matter, and it's not because he's overweight).
