I can’t imagine the likes of Ken Clarke staying in the party. Hopefully it completely splits. Although in an ideal world you’d need the Labour Party to do roughly the same.

I expect a good amount of Tory MPs who have professed to have a problem with Johnson previously will fall in behind him. Party before country at all times with this lot. Much like the Republicans have largely been happy to let Trump do his thing.
I think he'll share out ministerial posts across the spectrum of views to keep people on side for as long as possible. If someone as blatantly intransigent and incompetent as T-bag can hang on for as long as she wanted, I'm sure a chancer like Johnson can do likewise.
