Was there any on pitch reason KJ didn't make subs until very late?

KJ always leaves it as long as possible before making subs, one thing I dislike about his management, tho it's not a great issue.

Tbf Ojo hardly touched the ball - his first touch set up a chance for blackburn and his second touch he got booked for diving.... (tho it wasn't a dive)

I was just after some highlights that were more comprehensive. You'd think that in this day of TV and Comms. technology that this wouldn't be too difficult esp. with the £millions awash around the game, although it all seems to be concentrated around the P/League and the players rather than the fans.

Disagree with that, he regularly makes changes at half time and has even made tactical subs in the first half previously.
