Owen Hargreaves, annoying accent and frequently talks garbage.
 
Was mentioned on the match thread today and I've almost certainly nominated him before on this one, but Garry Birtles is terrible. He always has been but he's actually getting worse. Seemingly no understanding of the game at all, baseless criticism of players, manages to call nearly every refereeing decision wrong, lame LawrensonLite quips, an utter prick of a man. A real shame for the viewer whenever he's wheeled out as the other co-comms on Sky's FL coverage - Hinchcliffe, Prutton, Goodman - are all very good.
 
Yep I said on the match day thread he needed to shut up when he was making out that Donaldson should have had a penalty when it was clear he slipped over. It wasn't until Bill Leslie pointed out that it was of a slip that he finally shut up.
 
I haven't gone back through the thread but, bloody hell, how does David Pleat still get a gig?

I was listening to the 'Spurs game on Sunday - the guy can't pronounce the names of most of the players and seems incapable of forming complete sentences.

Kepler Wessels seems to be living in a parallel universe where South Africa are winning the series convincingly.
 
Danny Murphy has talked shit for all of this game.

Hazard scores and Murphy comments "that wasn't a good freekick"
 
Don't see match of the day often, but how the fuck does Jonathan Pearce still have a job, presume he must be a West Ham fan (either that or hates Arsenal) or wants to have Andy Carroll's babies.

Its bad enough him shouting shite but when its blatently biased as well, it was that bad I was tempted to turn the volume down and talk to the wife

Peter Alliss pisses me off. Isn't it time he retired? Yeah, we get it, you don't like it when top players find conditions a little difficult. Well, the rest of us fucking love it. And you sound like an idiot when every time you try to predict what a ball's going to do on the green, it does the exact opposite. Wow! The ball ran on a bit at Augusta - you really didn't see that coming?

Complete arsehole. Should have pensioned off years ago. Hopefully that bullshit, plus the fact that the open is now on Sky means I never have to listen to the pontificating buffoon again.
