Bellend commentators

Did anyone watch Football League Tonight?

How do you manage to miss a goal on a highlights show? :icon_lol:

Clive again. Only 46 behind Rooney was his statement after Harry Kane scored.

Ebony Rainford Brent / Charles Dagnall - I'm sick of them chuckling away on air on acting like a pair of lovesick teenagers. Take whatever is going on between you off the airwaves, get a room if you have to but please stop spoiling the cricket commentaries.

Jim White on Sky Sports News pretending and failing to look like he knows anything about the NFL on their '32 Live' event

They had him live at the Draft as well. Utterly clueless!

Should have retired a few years ago, never been a big fan of his commentary.

And now that collossal belmer Pearce is trying to make Motson sound good. Fucking hell.

Time the BBC had a revamp with there commentators, the likes of Motson, Pearce and Alan Greene need moving on.

The actual state of Mark Lawrenson on MOTD 2. He looks like someone has drawn a sad face on a scrotum.

The usually reliable Gary Neville just committed quite the faux pas, described Sako as 'looking uncomfortable out on the left hand side' even went as far as using the cliché 'sqaure peg in a round hole'.

Your research is usually better than that Gary, hang your head in shame.

Was just saying this!! Plus put in that beast of a cross after out powering the full back in true Sako style

I actually thought he looked better down the left than he had done in the first half playing in a weird forward/free role. Shocking by Neville to say that though

Was fairly average performance from him today though.

If it was just the first part of the comment then I could easily have taken it as a way of Neville just saying he doesn't always look a natural wideman, which he doesn't always with his build and somewhat physical style, he's certainly not your typical slight, nippy winger. The follow up cliché just cleared any doubt though, Neville obviously doesn't think he's a wide player at all, granted that may not appear the case on the back of one average performance but it wouldn't have taken much research into his Wolves career to know it's his usual spot, Neville usually does that sort of homework.

Robbie Savage - total idiot, advocating cynical foul and just about contradicting himself on every occasion. Clueless tactically and the limit of his knowledge tends to be 'kick him' or 'kick it harder'.

The Mike Bassett of commentators.

Robbie Savage is a bellend, why the fuck is he shouting?

I actually don't mind Savage. At least he doesn't sit on the fence.

But he sounded drunk tonight!

I enjoyed this simile from the comment pages in the Guardian - "John Inverdale's face looks like varnished roadkill put into the microwave and then ironed."
I hate John Inverdale.

Not as much as I do. I love seeing that smug grin wiped off his face.
