Went to Apley Farm this morning and had some free samples of Hobsons Apley Ale and Town Crier and convinced the wife to buy me a couple bottles of each.

Coincidentally, I had a pint of that last night in the Briar Rose in Brum, as I waited for the chaos that was my commute home to calm down somewhat. Pretty nice actually.

Talking of the Briar Rose - it's one of those Wetherspoons pubs that REALLY looks after their ales. Well worth a visit.
