I disagree - he isn't telling them to misplace passes, which nine times out of ten is down to us being lazy. No one is busting a gut to get into the box either.

There's so little movement to provide the player in possession with easy passes. That is tactics. Hold your position, don't get caught forwards, shape, shape, shape!

But even if you changed the tactics, the shit passing would still be an issue. We can't complete one at 5 yards at the minute. It's lazy.

if you play higher up the pitch, with more positive movement off the ball, the players who has the ball gets more than one player to pass to which makes it a bit harder to read for the opposition so they cant read the pass so easily..right now a three year old would be able to read the only pass outlet we have
