The issue with the date wasn't that it wasn't todays, but the formatting. It's bloody 9/4 not 4/9.

Ah yeah that actually bothers me as well. 9/4 makes way more sense. But I will confuse the rest of America if I use a non-standard scheme when sending them appointments so I stick with it, same as we both still use feet and miles instead of meters.
