We have played well, not creating too many clear cut chances but dominating possession entirely and occasionally picking them apart. Goal well deserved surely Reading will come a bit further forward 2nd half and some gaps will appear.

Oh without a doubt but they're bloody effective with this game plan. Sure, they bully, they're sly off the ball but they DO look dangerous. Hoillet and Zohore have played well and have had plenty of joy down their left flank.

1-1 would be a fairer reflection of that half but that's the luck you get when you've won so many games on the spin.

That's a part of our problem recently - once on the edge of the box, the players (Costa not the only one) keep stopping and looking for the lateral pass instead of playing the through ball for someone to run onto.
